Hotel Columbus, ul. Sadová

Hotel COLUMBUS is located in the centre of Karlovy Vary, on one of the most prestigious and famous streets of the city: ul. Sadova, a street with limited traffic, is only accessible with a permit, which guarantees the peace of the hotel guests. The hotel is located near the Orthodox Church of St. Peter and Paul and about 500 meters from the famous Mill Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda).

The hotel consists of two interconnected buildings, one of which is called COLUMBUS and the other - GARFIELD. Each building consists of a basement and 5 floors and an attic, both have their own separate entrance.

The total area of the buildings is 2 314 m², the total area of the land is 1 079 m².

There is a building permit. The aim of the project is the reconstruction of the tourist complexes COLUMBUS and GARFIELD into the hotel resort COLUMBUS 4 * (currently 2 *).

The new COLUMBUS renovation project envisages 46 rooms.

- Kitchen and restaurant. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner).

- Balneo treatment on the lower ground floor and dry treatments on the top floor.

This solution is proposed on the basis of the long-term market situation in Karlovy Vary. The aim of the project is to maximize the use of both buildings for commercial activities, including the most popular and typical medical services in Karlovy Vary, including other additional services.
